A one-on-one private yoga session is the perfect way to take your yoga practice to the next level.
Whether you’re a beginner with many questions and a little nervous about getting started, or looking to refine your practice with an individually tailored set of practices, a private yoga session is immensely helpful.
A private yoga session offers you a means to deal with specific personal needs, questions or injuries. I can provide you with a daily practice, which takes as little as 15 minutes a day and is specific to addressing your needs.
Lasting between one and two hours, these sessions are a powerful tool that allow you to see deeper insights, go deeper into your practice and develop a daily personal practice for use at home.
And I can come to you via Zoom in the comfort of your home.
